Mike Pope
President, IATSE Local 317
Mike has over 40 years of experience in broadcast television. From April 1979 to August 1989 he was a staff production technician at WTTV. While there, he worked in a wide variety of technical positions. In August of 1989, Mike left Channel 4 to pursue a freelance career in remote sports television. Now he works as an Audio Mixer for a variety of sports but mostly mixes basketball and auto racing. His favorites are IndyCar and the Indiana Pacers.

Lance Coler
Business Manager, IATSE Local 317
Lance graduated from Ball State University in 1994. He started working in live sports production as a camera operator in 1995 and started running replay shortly after. Currently Lance is a replay/editor on NBA, IndyCar, and PBR. In his spare time he enjoys time outdoors with his family.

Kristen Smith
Treasurer/Secretary, IATSE Local 317
Kristen has been a freelancer in the Indianapolis market for more than 20 years. As a Lead EVS op, she has worked a variety of events, including NBA, NFL, Mecum Auto Auctions, NCAA March Madness, Golf, Monster Energy Supercross, and the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio. A graduate of IUPUI, Kristen has stayed in Downtown Indy and currently lives in Garfield Park with her three sons.

Terry Lamey
Vice President, IATSE Local 317
Terry has over 30 years experience in the broadcast television industry. He started in sports production at WTTV-4 in Indianapolis after graduating from Indiana University- Bloomington in 1991. Then after gaining 12 years of experience in TV production, Terry turned to his love of camera operation full-time, primarily covering college and professional sports. In his spare time, Terry enjoys attending local and national car shows with his 1984 Hurst/Olds and walking his two Dachshunds.
